In this sunny town in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence region, situated at an altitude of 400 meters, Marcel opted for a solar system comprising 16 Dualsun FLASH photovoltaic panels, each rated at 425 W, coupled with a solar battery. This choice has enabled him to make annual savings of €1,500 compared with his previous bills. “Since the installation, my consumption has dropped and my expenses have followed,” he explains.
With an annual consumption of 9,000 kWh, including 3,000 kWh for his basic needs, Marcel quickly realized the benefits of a solar battery to optimize his installation. By storing the energy produced during the day for consumption at night, he saves almost 2,000 kWh extra per year, or around €500 more. “Even when the battery is at 30%, it allows me to consume nothing from the grid until the next morning.”
