Testimonial from Annie-Claude: Why she chose Dualsun solar panels
Annie-Claude and Lionel have been living in their house for three years. Although the couple live here alone, their large family of four children, spouses and grandchildren visit regularly, filling the house.
Faced with rising electricity prices, they decided to invest in Dualsun FLASH photovoltaic solar panels, a decision they don’t regret: ‘The reasons why we opted for Dualsun panels are above all economic. The rise in electricity prices gave us food for thought last winter. As well as the financial aspect, there’s of course the ecological aspect and respect for nature, which were very important to us.’
The couple also own an electric vehicle, which they bought in the same way. Solar panels enable them to recharge it at a lower cost. ‘That’s another advantage that weighed in the balance,’ explains Annie-Claude.
During their first visit to the partner installer recommended by Dualsun, Annie-Claude and Lionel were reassured and well looked after. ‘He took all the time he needed to answer our questions, offered us simulations and gave us time to think. We were the ones who called him back to make the project a reality.’

The installation went perfectly, on time and without a hitch. ‘The workmen arrived on time, on schedule, and left our house in the same condition as they found it. And best of all, it worked straight away! There was no impact on the appearance of the house. We are really impressed. If I had to recommend Dualsun, I would do so without hesitation.’
Annie-Claude and Lionel chose a 6 kWp system, comprising 14 photovoltaic solar panels installed on a very well exposed part of their roof. Their aim? To reduce their electricity bill, which was well over €200 a month. ‘The forecasts promised us savings of around 50%, but we’re now realising that the electricity we’re producing is really worthwhile.
What’s more, the €1,700 in state aid is a real bonus for recouping the investment. They could also benefit from regional aid depending on the budget available: a local initiative that is not conditional on household resources.
Annie-Claude concludes enthusiastically: ‘Since we installed the solar panels, we can see that it’s a really worthwhile investment. The monitoring application is easy to use and lets us know in real time what each appliance in the house is consuming. The Dualsun panels fully meet our expectations. So go for it! That’s what we’ve been telling everyone since we got them.’
